Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of video editing, photo processing and related post-production services ("Services") by GIYASZHON DAVRENOV ("we", "our", "us") to you ("Client", "you") through the website frontpromote.co (the "Site").

By requesting a quote, engaging our Services or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. They apply together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Services & quotes

• We provide the Services described in the written quote sent to you (the "Quote"). The Quote states the scope, deliverables, price and timeline.
• All quotes are fixed and valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
• If the scope of work changes after the Quote is accepted, we will confirm any price or timeline change with you in writing before proceeding.
• The Site describes our services generally; the final scope is always defined by the Quote.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide all necessary source files (footage, photos, logos, music licenses, scripts) in a usable format and in good time.
• Warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licences and permissions for all material you provide, including model releases and music rights.
• Provide clear, timely feedback for each revision round so deadlines can be met.
• Back up your own source files; we are not responsible for files lost on your side.

4. Fees & payment

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking and begin work. The remaining 50% is due on delivery of the final files.
• Payments are made by the methods confirmed in the Quote. Prices are stated in USD.
• Work on the project does not begin until the deposit is received.
• If a payment is not made on time, delivery may be paused until the balance is settled.

5. Revisions

• Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in the Quote (typically 1–3).
• Revisions are defined as reasonable adjustments to the agreed scope, not a re-do of the project.
• Additional revision rounds beyond the included amount are billed at an agreed hourly rate, confirmed in advance.

6. Delivery & files

• Final files are delivered digitally (e.g., Google Drive or WeTransfer) in the formats agreed in the Quote.
• We will keep deliverables available for download for 30 days after the balance is paid, after which they may be removed. Please save copies promptly.
• Project/source file handover is included only where stated in the Quote.

7. Intellectual property

• You retain all rights in the source material you provide. We claim no ownership over your content.
• Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered work for the purpose agreed in the Quote.
• We may use anonymized details of completed work in our portfolio only with your permission. Work delivered under NDA is never published without written consent.
• Music, fonts and other licensed elements used within a project are included only under the terms of their original licences; you are responsible for any additional clearances needed for broadcast or commercial use.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all Client information, footage and files as confidential. We will not disclose, share or publish your materials to any third party without your written permission, except where required by law. NDAs can be signed on request before any files are shared.

9. No guarantees & limitation of liability

• We deliver professional workmanship based on the materials you provide and the scope agreed. We cannot guarantee specific performance outcomes, viewer counts, sales or business results from any video or photo project.
• Results shown on the Site are illustrative; your results depend on your content, audience and goals.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
• We are not liable for delays caused by late delivery of source files, missing rights/clearances on your side, or events outside our reasonable control.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice where the other party is in material breach and fails to remedy it within 14 days.
• If work is cancelled after the deposit is paid, the deposit is non-refundable except as described in the Refund Policy.
• On termination, you are charged only for work completed and files actually delivered to that point.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides you with mandatory rights, those rights are not excluded by these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page, and for active projects we will notify you of material changes. Continued engagement after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
