1. Our commitment

GIYASZHON DAVRENOV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from clients and users of frontpromote.co (the "Site"). We comply with applicable copyright law and will respond to clear notices of alleged infringement promptly.

2. Ownership of client content

• You own your source material and the rights to your original content. We claim no ownership over client-provided footage, photos or branding.
• By engaging our services, you confirm that you hold the rights, licences and model/music releases needed to use the material you provide, including for the final deliverable.
• We will not share, republish or reuse your material without permission. See the Terms & Conditions.

3. Copyright in site content

Original text, design and graphics on this Site are protected by copyright and remain the property of GIYASZHON DAVRENOV unless otherwise stated. Stock imagery is used under the terms of its respective free licenses, which generally permit free use without attribution but restrict resale of unmodified files.

4. Reporting infringement

If you believe in good faith that material on this Site (or in work we delivered) infringes your copyright, you may send a written notice to our designated contact. If you are in the United States, your notice may qualify as a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512). We process valid notices regardless of country.

5. What your notice must include

To help us act quickly, your notice should include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
2. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and where it is located (a URL or file reference).
3. Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.

6. Your physical or electronic signature.

6. Counter-notice

If material you provided was removed due to a copyright notice and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notice containing: your identification, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your consent to jurisdiction, and your signature. We will review counter-notices and restore material as required by law.

7. Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we may terminate relationships with repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
